Experiences with John Frieda: Go Blonder?

I wouldn't say it lightened my hair by any significant means, but it had a slight effect and also a somewhat yellowing effect. I also found with Go Blonder shampoo and conditioner compared to others I use, my hair didn't feel very clean - even after just a couple hours. I have very fine hair, and it's not very oily so I can wash it every other day without it looking unwashed (which I think is smart when lightening, as washing too frequently can dry out hair) but with the Go Blonder I needed to wash every day because my hair felt dirty too quickly, and started to get piecy and oily looking, which my hair has never been prone to doing.
