How can I raise money for a horse?

I really want a horse...... But im only ten. I currently have been working for my grandparents and raised 392 dollars. Ive been looking on the website http://Horseclicks.com and have found some cheap horses. Now i need to know how to raise the rest of the money. I know that horses cost 2000+ dollars a year to care for, But i only want one. I have a horsetrailer, stable, riding clothes, and pitchfork for mucking out time. SOMEBODY HELP ME I NEED TO RAISE MONEY FOR A HORSE. I HAVE THE HORSE BUG AND IT WONT GO AWAY!!! (p.s this is kind of embarassing but I cry every day because i love horses and i really want one oh and also how do i convince my parents to get a horse for me?)
