Should I buy TRESemme European Instant Heat Tamer or John Frieda Frizz Ease Heat Defeat?

I have curly hair that goes down to my hip. My hair is super thick and naturally curly, though since its so long it can get weighed down just to beachy waves. I highly suggest the John Frieda Frizz Ease Heat Defeat - I use it every time I blow dry my hair. I won't put any heat on my hair without guarding it from damage. I was surprised when I heard this product works so well because it was so reasonably priced, but it has done wonders! It always leaves my hair soft, too and it smells great (:
