rinse it until the water from your hair run's clear. Easier to do in the shower. DO NOT use shampoo. Just the conditioner provided. Try not to get any on your head/face either becasuse it stains for a few days and it looks stupid. Just use the conditioner they give you every 2 weeks and it should be fine
