Red head to blonde now back to red... Help?

Any unnatural color with fade kinda quickly, but since red is a natural color, it wont fade hardly at all, unless you get like a burgundy color, then the purple tint will fade after a while and you'll be left with a natural red, not a vibrant red. As for John Frieda, I don't use that so I wouldn't know, sorry.
