John Frieda Go Blonder Lightening Spray?

I am naturally a dirty blonde. In the summer though my hair gets pretty light, but in the winter it's dull. I just heard about the John Frieda lightening spray and was wondering if it would make my dull hair turn blonder? or would it just make it look orange? any other information about this product would be extremely helpful!
