Is this wrong of me not to tell him?

If he truly loves you then he can understand so you can tell him, but...you never know wether he really loves you or just loves you a little so my advice is: keep it to yourself for a while but don't keep it a secret for too long, its better he finds out from you not anyone else...Best of wishes, F Man, hope it all works out :)
