How can i make my hair darker without dye?

my hair is dark blonde and I'm looking to make it darker without dye. i have heard things like coffee and stuff, but will John Frieda Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner make it darker? or is there any other types of shampoos or an at home treatment (not dye) that i could do to make it any darker? Thank you!!!!
